Leaf Home was terrific in setting up appointments in a timely manner. Kevin, the salesman explained things clearly and was very honest in comparison to competitors. He responded to my texts after the sale. My wife and I decided to put in a second system in our vacation home. Kevin did not try and oversell us. I would definitely recommend him and the company for water purification.
From the very begining I have had real bad luck with this company. Time after time the install was delayed, nobody would show up on day set. Now it is installed I'm having issues and again nobody show up on the day the schedule. Always some kind of excuse, from person having a family emergency to car broken down. I find I hard to believe that there is only 1 person doing the work. Should be able to send somebody out. The process to get a water system was very good. The salesman was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t know about a question he did not hesitate to call to get the answer. The installer was delayed by his first call but he kept us informed and he finally arrived at 730pm and left at 9:30 pm. He worked quickly and the system is working as it should.
I have been trying to get someone to come out to replace the filter on our unit that we bought last year for over a week. They keep giving us a four hour window and then cancelling once the four hours is up. The salesman when he presented the unit said you could change the filters out yourself and apparently that is not true either. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
The sales rep Kevin Brown was very knowledgeable and informative, we talked extensively which pointed us into the right system. Whenever I had a question or issue arise during the installation process I was able to call him and if he didn't have the answer for me he would get it and give us a call back. Overall he provided a great experience.
