Leaf Home was terrific in setting up appointments in a timely manner. Kevin, the salesman explained things clearly and was very honest in comparison to competitors. He responded to my texts after the sale. My wife and I decided to put in a second system in our vacation home. Kevin did not try and oversell us. I would definitely recommend him and the company for water purification.
I purchased a Leaf Water System and they refused to re-test the water to prove the water quality had been improved after their system was installed. That was my first clue - and I should have had the system de-installed then and there. Fast forward — it is near impossible to get a service appointment to replace the UV filter and provide the annual service. The customer service person I finally got on the line was from corporate, and said I would need to call the service center, which I have never been able to get on the line... read more
The product it self works great. The downside is everything is proprietary so what should be simple User level maintenance such as replacing the UV bulb and filters require a service appointment. The annual service is about $300.00. The service takes about 20 minutes and is not complicated. The technicians have always been professional, however scheduling can be an issue. The sales rep Kevin Brown was very knowledgeable and informative, we talked extensively which pointed us into the right system. Whenever I had a question or issue arise during the installation process I was able to call him and if he didn't have the answer for me he would get it and give us a call back. Overall he provided a great experience.
We were just thinking about getting a sust installed. So we set up an appointment not really sure about purchasing yet. Then in comes Kevin Brown. He was very professional and explained everything to us and answered all of our million questions. He took his time so that we understood everything we would need and how it worked.
