Great install tech and smooth process. Look forward to have the whole house with pure water. Damon did an incredible job explaining the process and going above and beyond. Highly recommend Leaf and the product suite.
We are happy to know our water will be safe and clean for our new house build. We invited a rep to come and he tested our water and offered a solution all in one visit. Walking through everything and explaining it all, we felt comfortable with his solution. This system will be maintained at no cost to us for 7 years, and after 7 years they will clean it all out, replace the ions and we’ll be good for another 7 years! How wonderful is that? All we have to do is add salt about every 3 months.
I have had my system for almost two years. My family and I have enjoyed great tasting water, better skin and not having to worry about anything bad stuff that our water company allows to pass. Our salesperson was up front that we had to add salt on a monthly time line but that it also depends on water consumption. He was also upfront that we would have a service charge of around $400 once a year to change out the very important components. I had some questions and concerns if my water filtration was working properly. Isaiah came and looked over the system and confirmed that it was working properly and also did water testing to confirm that the system was filtering correctly. He also did some adjustments to the computer. Very professional.
This was a great experience, great company, and the service is outstanding!! Michael came to do our one year check up and maintenance, he was great and did a phenomenal job. He was on time, explained to us everything we inquired about and very professional.
