The sales rep Kevin Brown was very knowledgeable and informative, we talked extensively which pointed us into the right system. Whenever I had a question or issue arise during the installation process I was able to call him and if he didn't have the answer for me he would get it and give us a call back. Overall he provided a great experience.
I purchased a Leaf Water System and they refused to re-test the water to prove the water quality had been improved after their system was installed. That was my first clue - and I should have had the system de-installed then and there. Fast forward — it is near impossible to get a service appointment to replace the UV filter and provide the annual service. The customer service person I finally got on the line was from corporate, and said I would need to call the service center, which I have never been able to get on the line... read more
The product it self works great. The downside is everything is proprietary so what should be simple User level maintenance such as replacing the UV bulb and filters require a service appointment. The annual service is about $300.00. The service takes about 20 minutes and is not complicated. The technicians have always been professional, however scheduling can be an issue. The sales rep Kevin was very professional and informative. The installation process was very smooth and clean. Immediate difference in my water quality. Provided great finance options. All around great transaction!
Isaiah was very knowledgeable of the annual service protocol and instructed my wife and I on how the system performs and the nuances of the hardware. Also, he reassured us that our system is working properly and providing the highest quality of water.
