We were promised a new water filtering system that is guaranteed to remove ALL Nitrates in our water. We have dogs and they used to get their fresh water from our house every day. From the initial outreach to get the free water assessment at my home to the gentleman coming to my house to test my water, Tarren, I had great customer service throughout the entire process. I am beyond thrilled with the water system at my house. DJ sales guy was efficient and 100% no bs. installer jesus was great and quick. install happened in 24 hours. my 4th whole house filter, couldn't imagine not having one. made in USA!!!!! what a huge life upgrade.
If Zero Stars Were an Option, That’s What This Would Be. This company had been a joke from the gate. They are VERY QUICK to tell you have a problem and install the equipment. After that don’t count on them to respond for customer service. My family bought a system from this company less than a month ago. We ordered this product a few months ago and love it. Tarren was very helpful showing us how the product works and answering all our questions. He checked back to make sure things were working and was very pleasant.i would highly recommend them to anyone with concerns about their drinking water.
