I had the tankless RO system installed and have been very happy with system. The sale was real easy and very informative and no pressure. The installation was great, the install was very courteous and was very clean and careful with everything. I really appreciated that. We haven’t used dirty old tap water since!
Purchased a water system in September. It was not installed correctly and we had water leaking under our kitchen sink. It ruined the cupboard floor. They came and tightened stuff up which fixed that issue but nothing from them on any compensation for shoddy workmanship and damage. Also, we were told our financing was for 1 year same as cash. Nope, that turned out not to be the case and we were getting charged interest on the purchase. Buyer beware - RUN, don't walk away from this company.
TJ was a wealth of information, great communication and easy to work with. The filtration system is quality.
