I would choose zero stars, but it’s not an option. I don’t post often, but I don’t want others to experience what we did with Leaf Home Water Solutions. First , the salesperson lied and told us that if we installed their system we wouldn’t have to pay anything for the rest of our lives. After the installation was completed we were given the written warranty that was 1 year. We purchased Leaf Water Solutions to protect our main floor renovation. Its been 2 years, they have made 14 service calls trying to get the system to work as it was supposed to. As the salesman said it would, promised we would NEVER have a rust problem ever again. I can't say anything bad about the customer service or the service gentleman that came out, very nice, and always came on the date and time scheduled. We purchased the system about a month or so ago. We were told to pay the plumber directly and that cost would be deducted from the final payment. Of course when they charged the card on file, that did not happen. We were charged the full price. After calling the sales person, Brendon, several times and hearing his excuses and promises, the problem was not resolved. We had to get our credit card company involved to resolve the issue. 1/14/2026 Update: Leaf Home Water Solutions called us on 1/8/26 and after 2 visits they did resolve our issues and have concluded the install successfully. While it was challenging to get a response initially, we now feel they have taken care of the problem. The water system is working as expected. We had a water system installed on 1/6/26 which was completed in about 4 hours by one installer. He was pleasant to work with and explained the system. I had them come out to do a water test. The salesman was generally friendly, and his sales pitch wasn’t too intense. He provided some good information about the water contaminants and their effects. However, I’m sure he tells everyone they have the “worst city water he’s ever seen”. 😒 Speaking hyperbolicaly like that only hurts credibility, and I’m not sure what to believe. I’m going to shop around & try to educate myself about my water without the influence of a biased salesperson.
