Bill Kendall was the representative who came out and helped us. He sold us our water softener, filtration system, and UV light. We had just moved into a brand-new home and discovered that our well water was brown, which was very stressful. I installed the house water filter system in August 2024, it has a rotten egg smell after they put in the system. They told me it will go away once I start using the system. It's been 8 months now, still smelling like rotten eggs. Had call them numerous times and left many messages, didn't hear a thing from them. I just wasted over $5000 on this useless system. It's a scam. Don't waste your money on this crap. Use your local company, they give you better service.

Both Damon and Dave were very professional communicated well before, after and during the process. They took the time to listen as well as explain. They also made sure that everything around the system worked along with it as well. Very good attention to detail!
