RO system for formula for my baby and full house for toddler bath time. I’m always drinking water and don’t have to deal with carrying gallons or buying plastic bottles anymore. Wife loves how her skin and hair is better than previous system. Jason went above in beyond in customer service, product knowledge, describing issues, simple solutions, and he made our water system tubing and wiring look like a work of art on our wall in our basement. He had a kind, generous, thoughtful, respectful demeanor. I would go out of my way to recommend him and I plan on it. I don’t usually write reviews, but I made sure to take time to write this one as Jason genuinely deserves a 5 star review for his 5 star service.
Was very impressed with Ray’s knowledge of water softening and filtration systems and design. His testing of the well water coming into the home, versus the output of the system currently in place was extremely valuable and helpful. It turns out we may not need a system replacement, but maybe just some minor adjustments to our existing system to address the concerns I had. Ray was lovely during our initial appointment and after during the installation. We are very pleased with the quality.The taste and the feeling of our new water.It's so much nicer to know that we're not drinking.And washing with poison right. What I love the most was that now, a month later, here he is back, making sure that i'm noticing a a significant difference in the water.And I am, and it tests out unbelievably beautiful.
