Sam called me within an hour of submitting my request and set up an evaluation for the next day. Mark came out tested the water and let me know exactly what I needed to replace the old system. Gave me a very reasonable price, which was about a thousand less than the other two companies. Mark was very pleasant to work with and gave us time to discuss our options.
