2/17 UPDATE: Shannon and Chris came back out and made everything right. They relocated the water softener into the guest room closet, which completely resolved the issue and gave my daughters their bathroom back. I really appreciate them taking the time to correct the situation and find a better solution. The new placement makes much more sense for our home, and the installation looks clean and properly done. Purchased STO 1.5 system for our home with an R.O. I could not be happier. My hair and skin feels amazing after showering. Sounds funny but so true. I no longer need to buy bottled water. This is a huge relief. The system allows me to use less soap and detergent than I used before. It’s a win win for me and my family. Very professional. We were looking for a whole house RO system and the representative explained the cost to benefit ratio would not be worth the money and convinced us a less expensive option will deliver the desired result we were looking for and we were given a next day install when we decided to buy. Young man setting up the water system was very mannerly and presented himself in a professional manner. He did his job, asking questions along the way, pertaining to the water conditions, and when the unit was fully installed, he very carefully and thoroughly went over how the system worked, what I should do if I needed to either shut off all the water to the house or just reroute it.
