2/17 UPDATE: Shannon and Chris came back out and made everything right. They relocated the water softener into the guest room closet, which completely resolved the issue and gave my daughters their bathroom back. Purchased STO 1.5 system for our home with an R.O. I could not be happier. My hair and skin feels amazing after showering. Sounds funny but so true. I no longer need to buy bottled water. This is a huge relief. The system allows me to use less soap and detergent than I used before. It’s a win win for me and my family.
