Had the unfortunate experience of getting a quote from Joe, and it was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would never allow this man into my home again. The visit got off to a bad start when he acted inconvenienced because I asked him to remove his shoes before walking through my home. Roger arrived promptly and provided a detailed analysis of our water. He explained how the typical H2O softener doesn’t last and how it can be ruining our pipes and appliances. He explained their process and provided me with a reasonable quote. I signed up immediately and now have much better water flowing into our home. He also explained that services called are free of charge! Very happy with our new water treatment system.
These guys are the most professional and honest water solution company out there. I had so many companies come to my door to try to sell me water solutions, but Patrick the sales rep that came to our home was extremely professional kind honest, and did not try to upsell us at all. Roger is very helpful and informative. He provided us with clear answers to all of our questions and concerns. He explained everything in a way that we could easily understand. We felt very reassured by his knowledge both for our particular needs and for the products he had to offer. We highly highly recommend him and LeafHome Water Solutions. We love our water!
