Joe P. installed my water filtration system this morning and am very pleased with the installation. He was very friendly and professional. He didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder and explained things in complete detail when I asked questions. He was very thorough explaining how the system works and what I need to do as far as maintaining the system and what to expect. From the initial contact, to completion of the presentation, the process was above expectations. Paul Walsh, the companies water consultant, was very knowledgeable in water treatment solutions, on time for the appointment, very courteous and easy to talk to, had the ability to answer all of our questions, and follow through with the scheduling of the product we purchased. I recently moved to a new home with very hard water and new I would need a water filtration/softner system. The in home water testing consultation with Devon, who did a great job explaining every test, the results, and the system options, was a positive experience.
