From the initial contact, to completion of the presentation, the process was above expectations. Paul Walsh, the companies water consultant, was very knowledgeable in water treatment solutions, on time for the appointment, very courteous and easy to talk to, had the ability to answer all of our questions, and follow through with the scheduling of the product we purchased. Charley Fawley was our sale representative. He was very informative regarding the system we needed based on our water samples. He spent several hours with us discussing our options. Brenton Turner was our installer and he couldn't have nicer and more professional! He was meticulous with his work to make sure everything was installed correctly. Great jib and we love our water!

I recently moved to a new home with very hard water and new I would need a water filtration/softner system. The in home water testing consultation with Devon, who did a great job explaining every test, the results, and the system options, was a positive experience.
