On time both sale person and installer. I am happy with the outcome information and no pressure communications. Installer showed me that a previous plumber installed a pipe that passed the softener … right into my kitchen. It was out of his scope to correct when I ask him to repair without equipment and authorization. However, I know what I need to do. I am happy I left my comfort zone and tried Leaf Home Water Solutions.
Absolutely horrible system. The STM1.5 was installed in my home I paid 5k for the unit and the unit does not meet our expectations after install had odor in water NO refund and only had unit for a month bf I had it removed will need to seek other alternative to recoup my money. Will never purchase anything Leaf Home solutions again.
Extremely disappointed with this company’s professionalism and business practices. I purchased an iron filtration system based on their own water test and recommendation. From the beginning, the system did not perform as promised. After multiple follow-up water tests, their own technicians admitted the system installed was not suitable for my water conditions. Everyone I talked answered all of my questions, and were super nice! My installation person, Connor, was exceptional! Work was done neat and clean, and he explained everything as he worked.
Professional work, just installed looks great, water feels great, first glance appears great!
