Install was not placed in the agreed upon location. The placement created need to change plans for a renovation as I was told it would have been corrected within the same week which never happened. Within days, the Product’s line failed, flooding my basement and damaging items and I was unaware as I do not visit this space daily. We are so glad we met Justin our sales representative. He was very informative and took alot of time looking at everything in the bathroom, kitchen and even in the back of the toilet bowls. Was amazed at all of the problems I never noticed before. The installer was amazing and did a fine install and then showed us how the system works. I would certainly recommend Justin and the company 100%.
Had a overall great experience with the company and local office, from sales appointment to install everything went very smoothly. Talles the project manager did a great job on explaining more about the system. 100% recommend.
We recently purchased a whole-house and reverse osmosis filtration system. The installation team arrived the very next day, and both the sales and installation processes were handled with the utmost professionalism. I am highly satisfied with the service and the system!
Absolutely nothing but used car salesmen. We bought a 10,000$ system to replace our working system for rotten egg smell. Original test showed only manganese. The guy who sold us this said it would remove the magnesium which our system at the time did and remove the smell. 1 yr later the smell is back and after 6 months of trying to tell them its not working they are saying its our well.
