Jerrod the salesman was awesome, no high pressure tactics, just information. He tested our water and gave us professional results. We knew our water was bad, these readings proved it. He even set up same day installation!! Will, the installer was very polite, quick, and did a professional clean job. He took the time to go over some of details of the system and answered our questions. The installation looks great! The whole experience was excellent and now we're going to have good water!
Steve Morando is our salesperson. We contacted him regarding our ultraviolet light rack system. The annual notification alarm system let us know the system needed repair. Steve walked me through the system to press the black button & let us know the bulb needed to be replaced. He has been very responsive & assisted us to get our whole water softener system checked. Leaf Home’s Install Team arrived on time, greeted me and briefly explained how deep they would bury the tanks for security. Chris and his fellow employee began work promptly and got finished within the allowed time. He explained how the system will work, what I need to do, took care of the paperwork, told me what to expect and showed me the type of salt as well as the fill line to use. I am very pleased with the service from this company and would recommend them.
