Everyone was very knowledgeable and helped us understand exactly what we were looking for. They got us situated with the best system for our family. The sales rep was the absolute best and she was incredibly sweet. She was very patient with us in our home. Super excited for our install and can’t wait for cleaner and fresher water!

Mr.Swope did an amazing job. He tested our water, showed the results to us and explained everything in great detail. He was able to answer all of our questions efficiently and without hesitation. He was very professional in how he conducted himself with us. We will definitely be purchasing a water softener system, from this gentleman.
Stoooooooooop do not buy from these people. The dont pull permits and installers have 0 knowledge of code atleast that's the case for me im going on 4 days of having to stay in a hotel and still cannot get someone to call me back. They charge double as well. It is very costly very quick. Emergency service call to get temp fix to be able to stay home and the repair service wouldn't even touch it due to 6 code violations bigger isn't always better find a local company that has a vested owner
The technician who came out and installed the system was amazing—very knowledgeable and a great guy. No complaints there at all. I was a little worried about a $300 annual payment to get the bulb and filter changed the ball roughly anywhere online would Anywhere around 120 the filter maybe 40-60 bucks So you’re talking $200 and I’m fine with that but I’m not gonna pay for somebody to come out and do something to them plenty of capable doing.
