Devon was our install technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The water was a little scary at first, it had to run through a few Regeneration Cycles before the water cleared up. We have well water, so it was understandable. This morning, we woke up to crystal clear water! :) The water feels so much softer on my skin! Looking for many more years of clean and clear water! We weren't able to purchase a water softener system due to lack of space, but the rep tested our water and gave us some interesting info on it. The rep was informative and courteous. We thank him for his time!
We had a enjoyable time with our Leaf Water Solutions Representative, Heidi Swope. She pleasantly explained their system, was warm in her presentation, and very knowledgeable of her products.
