The technician who came out and installed the system was amazing—very knowledgeable and a great guy. No complaints there at all. I was a little worried about a $300 annual payment to get the bulb and filter changed the ball roughly anywhere online would Anywhere around 120 the filter maybe 40-60 bucks So you’re talking $200 and I’m fine with that but I’m not gonna pay for somebody to come out and do something to them plenty of capable doing. Jeez, I really wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing this system. The salesman James from the Toledo office was just horrible!!!! He is a lair, he said some pretty horrible things to my husband. Definitely a case of defamation of character!!!! He was rude and disrespectful after we welcomed him into our home. DO NOT LET JAMES INTO YOUR HOME!!!!! I have tried several time to contact Leaf Home with the promise of a return call and I have heard nothing. I like to wait a few months before sending a review. My system was installed in last August. I have well water and even with my existing softener had stains in the toilets and cloudy/stained dishes/glasses. I noticed a difference immediately after installing the new Leaf system. My dishes are now clear of any residue or stains! Showers feel great. No loss of water pressure. Would install it again.

Absolutely love our water the system works amazingly! It is incredible not having to buy bottled water anymore. My youngest said that the water ruined him though because he doesn't like anybody else's LOL

Leaf Home Water Solutions just finished installing my new system. Can’t wait to see how it performs. I can tell you as a former customer excellence consultant, their install team did a great job. I even tossed them a few curve balls and their response was always polite and respectful. And as promised, their white glove service left the area clean and neat.
