We responded to an ad because we were interested in a whole home filter. The sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation went well although the “finished product” was not quite as clean and neat as we would have hoped. It would have been nice to know that we should have flushed the filter before running our appliances, as we did have to repair our washing machine as a result of the sediment. We purchased the system and have had issues with it..... hoping that it will level out and be good. The repair man is very nice!
They took the time to answer all my questions and thourthly checked my system.
Luciano came today to do our annual service, change the ro filters and get our water hardness back under control. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, answered all my questions and showed me a few things as well. Thank you!
