We responded to an ad because we were interested in a whole home filter. The sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation went well although the “finished product” was not quite as clean and neat as we would have hoped. It would have been nice to know that we should have flushed the filter before running our appliances, as we did have to repair our washing machine as a result of the sediment.
