Ann and I would like to recognize 3 wonderful men who helped us with our water. Spencer Buettner who was so nice and has did everything he promised and more. Spencer didn't pressure us . His partner Mike who's last name I can't remember who knew just where our softener needed to go and expedited the installation. Then the kind gentleman Patrick who installed our unit. I have been trying to get someone to come out to replace the filter on our unit that we bought last year for over a week. They keep giving us a four hour window and then cancelling once the four hours is up. The salesman when he presented the unit said you could change the filters out yourself and apparently that is not true either. Would not recommend doing business with this company.
