Had a quick schedule for a salesman to come out and do a water test on our water. Was told that he gave us “the best possible deal” and that even after we applied for our loan he said the high interest rate didn’t really matter because we don’t start paying interest until after our loan length is done. Second month in and I realize this is a lie and no small one at that! We are now stuck with a loan at a high interest rate and poor customer service to come retest after the install. Every time I drink a glass of water, I tell my husband " I'm so glad we did this". Water is our primary drink in our household. Its hard to describe how DELICIOUS our water smells and tastes. We are so relieved to have this wonderful resource in our household. Our sales representative was knowledgeable, helpful and let the filtered water speak for itself. It doesn't require a hard sell. The idea of this system switched in our minds from being a luxury to a necessity. Truly, water is the fluid of life. Julie
They fail to tell you it’s 500 dollars a year for maintenance. I would look into other systems. They sold me a reverse osmosis system that I really didn’t need if their system works like they say. Our hot water still smells had system 2 years and after 1000.00 in maintenance fees were are barely making a dent on the loan. Not happy at all
Long Leaf Water Solutions was fast to get us on their schedule for installation of the water system. Both the sales person and the installer were excellent, professional, well organized and knowledgeable! I would recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions.
Becka listened to my concerns then explained their products and after testing my water made her recommendation of what system would address my water issues. The day of installation could not have gone smoother. After the installation was completed I was instructed on the system and told what to expect. I am pleased to tell you how happy I am with my new water system .
