Derrick is well versed on the subject of water purification. He clearly explained the process and the benefits of Leaf Home's water purification products, and answered all of our questions. I could write a novel about my experience with this company. All I can say is find another company. They solved my issue and fix my problem like my flooded basement and wrong installation. But I would never recommend this company if there were the last company on the Earth.
Our filtration technician was Anna Circosta. She arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She explained every system they sell and, with tests, determined the correct system for us. We agreed on a price within our budget and set an installation date. Very good customer experience.
Initial installation was good. But within 3 days the smell was back. I called on the 6th day and told them the smell wa ms back and the system was not working in accordance with plan. The web site even discuss egg smell. Tried a few things but did not work. Called back a week later and things fell apart. They will not remove the system Eben though I have requested time and time again. My family and I are stuck with as bad if not worse smelly water than before.
