We had a great experience with our in-home sales rep coming to our residence hours after we put in an after-hours request for water testing and estimate review. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Our installer was detailed, clean, and completed the install beyond expectations. We are very happy to have clean, washable and drinkable water for our family in our South Philly home!
My technician Fay was prompt, very knowledgeable, professional and worked neatly. He answered all my concerns, guided me through the system process. After the completed installation he checked and let air out of all my faucets.He instructed me how and when to replenish the water softener crystals. Jim was wonderful. He spent all the time needed educating us on the quality of our water and how the new system will work in our house based on our usage. Compared to what we have now it’s day and night difference! Highly recommend!
They were very quick to put in my water system. While installing my system there was property damage done to my house. I've been calling for multiple weeks now same answer that they are escalating my claim to higher management. I still haven't heard back from higher management.
