I’ve dealt with many contractors and installers after refinishing an entire house - customer service and performance has always been an issue for one reason or another. One of the worst customer experiences of my life. Salesman Eric Siegfried pushed a product that doesn't work. Eric claimed he was former military and said I could call him any time. Number was disconnected 2 weeks after install when the problems began. 4 Attempts for resolution. Plumber came out tested the water, worse than before. Same quality entering the system. Leaf Home Water Solutions installed a filtration system in my home. I changed the type I wanted at the last minute but John, my sales rep, managed the change and saw to it that I got the type of system I wanted and needed. The installer, Dan, was polite, respectful, and efficient and the installation went smoothly. I have well water which made my washer smell horrible. I was cleaning it all the time.
