Originally said system would be $12-18,000, so I said no thanks before he came inside. He quickly changed to we'll see what we can do for you after I test the water. Was hoping for the $2000 saltless system, but our magnesium tested too high. So the next model up was almost $8,000. Again, I said that's out of our price range, dropped to $5,000, then $3,666. I scheduled an estimate and my whole home filtration system was installed the next day. Chris Wise tested my water and he was very helpful with picking the system that would solve the issues with our water. The installer; Lanny was professional, clean, informative and helpful. Really a very seamless installation process. .
They advertised a free water test. They set an appointment to come to our house. The rep had "car trouble" and couldn't make it. They tried to sell a system over the phone without even testing the water. We mentioned this. They said a good water test would cost hundreds of dollars. The whole thing sounds like a scam.
