I recently had my home water filtration installed by leaf. They came out the day after I called and were able to install the same day. The difference between our old water and what we have now is night and day. From brown to clear! The installer was courteous and quick and the communication I received from the office was much appreciated. I'd recommend everyone to have these guys out to test your water. I knew our water was gross, but I had no idea it was full of iron.
I’ve dealt with many contractors and installers after refinishing an entire house - customer service and performance has always been an issue for one reason or another. Dan from Leaf was a breath of fresh air - he was honest, responsive, explained everything to me, and even answered my call at a late hour when I had a question. Appointment was for 7:30pm Sales manager called me and said he’d be here at 8:15pm. Rep arrived at 8:40pm on the dot. He was a great guy. Literally agreed to do business with them at 10pm but unfortunately tomorrow (Thursday) installation doesn’t work and I’d need it to be Friday. Sales manager said it’s going to be $1000 more then unfortunately. Appointment ended abruptly after that because in all my years of homeownership I’ve never seen anything like that.
