My family had a water testing appointment with Leaf Home, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jake, the representative who came out, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a clear, informative presentation on how Leaf Home’s systems work and explained exactly how their products stand out from other companies. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we fully understood what we were getting. We couldn’t be happier with the system or the deal we got! Highly recommend.
Ricky was friendly and very informative! I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of testing and explaining your existing water quality. He was very knowledgeable on the different types of systems needed to make improvements to the water. I am happy with how quickly we were able to get our water softener and the cost fit into my budget.
Homeowners beware! The only reason, and I mean the ONLY reason I got a Leaf water softener system was, so I didn’t get the white-water spots all over my glass shower doors and have to clean them all the time. I was told by my salesperson that the water spots will no longer be an issue and be spot free. Well, that is not true, it’s a lie. I still get spotting on my glass doors! After moving to Tucson, I found out how hard the water is and I was concerned about the quality, too. I called for a quote on the water system and Andy was amazing. He has the knowledge and credibility in discussing the water test results, the process, the install, the warranty- the whole nine yards. This company knows how to be a water solutions company and they are all about the customer! My water feels absolutely amazing and I KNOW it’s clean. Thank you Andy , Dustin and Frank- great job
Kyle Anderson (Leaf Water Solutions Tech) completed a thorough review of the Leaf whole house filtration system at our house to evaluate the water issue (sediment in the brine tank) that we were concerned about. Kyle installed a new control unit at the top of the filter media tank just to be sure it was operating properly. Kyle was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient.
