The salesman came to tell me about the system and I decided to purchase it. He said he would be at the installation (he wasn't). The installer pulled his truck around to the back of my house and was just walking around without identifying himself (he never did). When I finally figured out what he was there to do, I told him to go ahead. He rarely communicated with me. My family had a water testing appointment with Leaf Home, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jake, the representative who came out, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a clear, informative presentation on how Leaf Home’s systems work and explained exactly how their products stand out from other companies. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we fully understood what we were getting. We couldn’t be happier with the system or the deal we got! Highly recommend.

Boy! We had a slick salesman that did a poor job...I mean dreadful explaining our system. We made the mistake of buying it( under diress) only and I do mean only because we like the fact this was a private company. We felt we'd get more attention and service with a privately owned company. He told us NOTHING about additional fees. He made many promises that we've yet to see. Homeowners beware! The only reason, and I mean the ONLY reason I got a Leaf water softener system was, so I didn’t get the white-water spots all over my glass shower doors and have to clean them all the time. I was told by my salesperson that the water spots will no longer be an issue and be spot free. Well, that is not true, it’s a lie. I still get spotting on my glass doors! Less now, but it still does it some and I must clean my glass after every few showers. It sucks having to pay thousands of dollars to fix a problem an... read more

Great product. Installation was fast and efficient. Ì washed 2 throw rugs on Saturday and hung them outside to dry. When I went back to bring them in to put in the dryer to soften them, I was sooo surprised that they were already soft. We bought the contioner to remove harmful minerals from our water and pipes. It is already working for us. Jim Lynde and his team did a great job.
