It was a great experience when the sales consultant came and tested my water. She’s was well versed in the product and educated us along the way on what the results were and options to alleviate the high chlorine and hard water. Once we got some additional quotes, we decided to move forward and the install date and time was well coordinated. The installer did a great job, and now we’re waiting to see results of the system operation. So far so good. Would recommend again!

The entire process, from consultation to installation, was seamless. Their team was courteous, efficient, and clearly dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
So I had them initially come out and do a water test I was out of town so my wife was home and this is the house we just purchased. I already had a brand new water softener system in place, but it wasn’t active and so the tech gave my wife the numbers for my well water off the system that wasn’t active And so then he insisted that their carbon fiber filter system can get rid of the smell and make things better so my wife purchased the carbon filter system and the salesman said that we will not be charged until he comes back ... read more
