Leaf Filter’s permanent decorative lights (Oelo system) have completely transformed our home. We had them installed last November, and the beauty and warmth they added during the holidays were incredible. The system is easy to use, versatile, and looks fantastic year-round. Alex was very friendly, professional, informative, and respectful. He took the time to explain everything in detail. I love how he took pictures and showed us everything as he was explaining what was wrong and the process of how to fix it. He was very personable. I love how he showed respect by taking his boots off at the door instead of tracking dirt and snow in the home. Howard Stahl of LeafFilter was on time for our appointment, professional and informative. He didn't high pressure sell. The installation appointment was made immediately and at date of my convenience. The crew that did the work were on time, professional and cleaned up. I had LeafFilter come and give a quote. Terri was very informative and gave a lot of detail about the company and about my specific quote. I had some ice/snow damage and Terri walked me through everything that was being recommended in terms of repair and also filter system. I feel like I have peace of mind going with LeafFilter.
