We hired LeafFilter to repair a leak in our gutter. Someone came out August 30, 2024 and installed support brackets, then "sealed" the leak. The next rainstorm it was clear that the repair did nothing and it was still leaking as bad as it was before they sent someone out. I called and the said they would send someone out as they have a 12 month guarantee on these types of repairs. Leaf Filter did an excellent job. The whole process was a stress free experience from the estimate to the final completion. Two very competent installers worked well to complete the job just as promised. Old gutters were removed and new gutters with gutter filters were installed. A lifetime transferable warranty was included. I am just sorry I didn’t do this sooner.
If you want a reputable company this isn't it. There Saleman came to my house I told him of the problem I was having and told him whatever needs to be fixed to stop the problem and he assured me they would fix the problem. I hired them to do the job but it didn't fix the issue. Now I'm out over 700 dollars and still have the same problem. Now they are telling me they don't do the work that needs to be done. It's a roofing issue. All they will tell you is read your contract. DO NOT USE!!
The product is very good and I look forward to years of leaf free gutter care. Communication was frustrating post contract signing. It became very clear that the salesman and the company were not communicating effectively with each other or with the installation personnel or customer. Technician Mike cleaned, alligned, sealled, reinforced and installed the well known leaf filters on all gutters. He worked continuously for 6.5 hours in cold weather. The life time warranty is a wonderful feature. For safety reasons I would have preferred the company used 2 person teams. It is a lot of work for one individual. Mike did a great job.
