We hired LeafFilter to repair a leak in our gutter. Someone came out August 30, 2024 and installed support brackets, then "sealed" the leak. The next rainstorm it was clear that the repair did nothing and it was still leaking as bad as it was before they sent someone out. I called and the said they would send someone out as they have a 12 month guarantee on these types of repairs. Leaf Filter did an excellent job. The whole process was a stress free experience from the estimate to the final completion. Two very competent installers worked well to complete the job just as promised. Old gutters were removed and new gutters with gutter filters were installed. A lifetime transferable warranty was included. I am just sorry I didn’t do this sooner.

The product is very good and I look forward to years of leaf free gutter care. Communication was frustrating post contract signing. It became very clear that the salesman and the company were not communicating effectively with each other or with the installation personnel or customer. I needed to call them to clarify arrival time. Having moved into an older home with some deferred maintenance. Leaf Filter “tuned-up our gutters to prevent standing water, fixed what needed fixing and place the LeafFilter to keep leaves out of our gutters. Dean, our salesperson and company contact and Mike who came out and did the work were pleasant, professional and didn’t replace anything to one that didn’t need it. And should we run into any problem, we have a company contact we’re comfortable talking with him and confident he can help.

One installer arrived on time in below 32° temps, cleaned the gutters, straightened and refastened as necessary, installed extra supports and leaf filter base and screens. With cold temps I was concerned about the install, but installer was proficient and stayed on target. Install took just as bit longer than originally estimated, but was completed correctly and professionally. Site was as clean after install a before. Very happy with pricing and install.
