Had system installed in Jan 2020. The contractor who did the install had to go to home depot to get additional parts. Maybe 1st 6mo or yr had issue with leaking by our garage door where a valley was and a splash guard was put in. Had multiple calls on the system in the back yard. 2nd clean out I was told it would be $250 to take off the guard and there wasnt an issue. Our experience started with a call to the information center to have a free estimate. They sent a salesperson out the next day for evaluation. Chuck was definitely a people person. We agreed to his plan and cost. An installer came the next day who was very nice and efficient. Our existing gutters are now protected with a lifetime warranty and my husband can stay on the ground!
Working with Dan was very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable with the product. Dan was eager and willing to work with us as we went through this investment. We look forward to enjoying our clog gree gutters for a long time
I needed 56' of gutter replacement for wind damage. Josh , was very friendly and gave a fair no bs estimate without pushy upgrades. The crew came out surprisingly fast and early. They were two young men who were very friendly, helpful and did the job quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for gutter repair or installation.
Saw an ad online. I'm usually a hard sale. The salesman was great. Cooper is a great person to deal with. They installed the next day. The installer was great. He done a great job. Highly recommend.
