Okay so, I submitted my information online to receive a gutter estimate and leaf filter bought the lead and were sent out to give me a quote. The sales woman Riley was knowledgable of the product and gave me a whole schpeel (2 hours long while I’m working from home and she did not care about me needing to be working 1 bit) then she goes with the most expensive price including add ons that I do not need. $26,000 ridiculous. The folks at Leaf Filter were amazing. From the sales rep coming over and walking me through what makes Leaf Filter above and beyond and educating me on why this is a good lifetime investment for my home. Then 2 awesome guys (Marcus & Ethan) came out today for the install. They were great and quick. The completed install looks amazing and I could not be more pleased. Marcus and Ethan are great Leaf Filter Ambassadors, professional, thorough, quick and kept my property clean. What a good experience overall.
The installation was done very quickly and on time. While it looks very nice, one issue I have is that the filter is installed horizontally within the gutter, which allows grit from the shingles and other tree droppings to accumulate atop the filter. When I had a service man out to inspect, he confirmed my concerns but informed me that LeafFilter will come out, at no cost, and blow any accumulations off of the filter for the life of filter. We had a lovely experience with our sales lady Riley. She made the whole experience from start to finish seamless. The installation team showed up on time the day they were scheduled and got right to work, they were 100% professional, they treated our house and property as if it was their own. Brian the head installer kept apprised of the progress and any issues that needed our attention, they disposed of all old gutters and hardware and cleaned up all old materials.
