What a horrible experience, what a waste of time and money! If I only could to go back in time and not hire leaf filter. I don’t need this type of work even for free!!! 1) not coming when promised 2) came, started working without introducing themselves and checking if they understood contract correcly 3) didn’t clean gutters and leaves in the downspout, didn’t adjust downspout to avoid foundation water damage 4) changed wrong downspout!!! 5) it took them 2 more attempts to clean it and fix it… 6) they made it worse 7) wante... read more
It was communicated to us during the sales pitch that your installers would never get on the roof of your house to install the product and damage the roof. I would suggest you change that pitch because the installers were all over our roof and at one point items were knocked off the shelf inside the house. Other than that it was a good experience. Can't see the work until we can get up there and inspect it in warmer weather.
I cannot begin to express how thrilled I am with Leaf Filter and their entire team. I highly recommend this system over competitive solutions and do it yourself products. I could not be more pleased with the estimator / sales person Alex, the install crew who phoned me first to say they were on their way, their arrived right in time, the fast install of LeafFilter gutter screens, and the beautiful and safe results.
Wonderful experience. Everything was done as the salesman described. Installers were polite and knowledgeable. All was cleaned up. They even took pictures to show me all the gutters were done well. GREAT company.
