My sales rep Percy was great but I am very disappointed in the timeliness and professionalism of the installer. He arrived over an hour past my 4 hour appointment window and because of that was unable to finish. His language was inappropriate for a professional to use with a customer, a lot of swearing. Well, the sales person was fine. He set me up for the next day to have installation and the installer called me and said his person to do the installation was having car trouble and couldn’t make it. He wanted me to call him back. I called him twice and he didn’t answer. I called him the next day, which is when he said he wanted to set up an appointment to have the installation and he never answered.
