Wonderful experience recently We had with LeafFilter for gutter protection on our home . The entire process from the sale to the installation was done seamlessly within 24 a period. LeafFilter provided Excellent finance options that our interest free. Followed or Backed up by a limited lifetime warranty as long as we own our home. Buyer beware on the warranty. After installation, water started backing up into my soffit and caused a leak that damaged the drywall in my office. When I got on a ladder to investigate, I found the filter screen was buckled in a section, which allowed roof granules and tree debris to build up and form a berm that pushed water back toward the roof instead of into the gutter. My Leaf Filter assessor (Hawk) was timely and very professional. Most importantly, he was honest and patient. These are welcomed characteristics when engaging with a service provider. Hawk delivered challenging information but he did it with a smile and he was very informative from the condition of my gutters to the process it required to restore them.
Dion and Jeff did a great job installing my Leaf Filtters. Dion took time to review the process with me and asked me if I had any questions. Dion and Jeff are well skilled, patient and they cared, not just about the job but also about be as a customer. They provide me with excellent Customer Service and I felt valued.
