High Quality. Great customer service. Quick install. Maria Hahn was very friendly. On time. She’s the reason I bought. I read all the reviews and was sold but I can tell you she cared and had a real conversation and took the extra time to explain why it was the best choice. Product was good, but price was premium. They never sent me the promised quote for their cheaper line. I liked that it was turnkey no extra charges for repairs needed during installation. Very good lifetime warranty. Sales process was a little annoying- Glen Garry Glen Ross, with the sales manager calling in twice to try to close me - lasted too long. In the end it was too big an investment for my house.
Initially got quoted $5,700 when another company quoted me $950 for the same exact job. I understand you might have a better product but gosh I just wanted some simple gutters without being charged an arm and a leg. On top of that, the rep was not very good at selling to me, essentially trying to make me feel guilty for not agreeing to his quote.
