Positive experience. Brief sales talk, no pressure or arm twisting. Professional and courteous. Agreed price was reasonable. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Exactly as promised during the sales visit. Product is clearly the industry leader.
Product was good, but price was premium. They never sent me the promised quote for their cheaper line. I liked that it was turnkey no extra charges for repairs needed during installation. Very good lifetime warranty. Sales process was a little annoying- Glen Garry Glen Ross, with the sales manager calling in twice to try to close me - lasted too long. In the end it was too big an investment for my house.
I had representative Lynn come and discuss the history and reliability of the company. It was absolutely pleasant and I believe my wife and I met a new friend. Lynn provided the installation process and above all gave us a reasonable price for the long time needed gutters. My gutters were clogged and overflowing into our garden beds. I had these guys come out just for a quote. Micah, the sales rep gave me the quote I was asking for plus different options. I will be straight up and say they are a little pricey. I couldn't do the whole house plus the garage ended up going with just the front and back of the house. Worth every penny. The guy showed up 3 days later. Total time at my house just under 4 hours. Very impressed by the people that you meet through this company. Not only did they keep all of the appointments they were very cordial and answered all our questions with a very positive attitude at the time. Austin was great he went through everything and found us some discounts that really made a difference. Because of his integrity we decided to go with leaf filter.
