The product is very nice . We have had it on our other home before. The only issue that I have is that the price originally was over $14,800.00 and I was told that I had to decide that night to get any discount. By the time we agreed on a price that was acceptable It was $6,244.00 I was in sales before and I never liked the pressure sales pitch. In my business I would give the customer a price and let them talk about it and respond. Thanks for your help. Glenn Ramsey

Excellent service, had been scheduled for about 2 weeks out, got call day after quote, had it finished that afternoon, really happy with installer and quality of work done. No regrets
Initially, nice guys. Ultimately, it’s the customer service that is horrendous! 1- home and garden show- took information. 2- text to set appointment for inspection and quote. NO SHOWED 3 - rescheduled- showed, 45 minutes late. Sales call for inspection and quote, took pictures and measurements. 4- installation appointment- 2 hours late finally arrived- time off work to be there and they say can’t do it because the gutter isn’t level (which they knew at sales call and inspection) then can’t do it because of existing hangers... read more
