We had our gutters installed just in time for a 1 1/2 of rainfall. The install team did a fantastic job from start to finish. The system worked flawlessly and our basement is dry for the first time in years. Thank you Leaffilter team!
The two installers arrived promptly and accomplished a very difficult installation with minimal disruption to our day. They also shared photos of the finished job since I was unable to get up on the roof to see it.
We not only got the leaf guard but we also purchased all new gutters. Install date was only 2 days after contacting them and EVERYTHING was installed very professionally only 2 days later. Their salesman was out the next day after I contacted them -no high pressure AND..was MUCH, MUCH MORE INEXPENSIVE than we anticipated. Had a whole new gutter system installed and when it rained few days later there was a leak in a corner. Getting service on the phone was a challenge to schedule a return call and when it was scheduled, the tech did a no call no show so I had to contact them again which is a wait on the phone. 3 calls and 30 minute waits on 2-3 of the calls. You should read this before you buy from leaf filter! I will start with pricing. The initial price I was quoted was $6546. When I declined and continue to decline their offer they kept lowering the price all the way down to $1154. That is an 82% reduction…or from the other perspective…a 459% markup. That is an insane amount of price gouging they attempted. Next I will go to their sales tactics which is very finely tuned and far from accurate in several places.
