Jesse was very kind and respectful. He did a wonderful job job of explaining what our gutters needed and answered our questions properly. We are excited to be getting the improvements that we need. Straightening and rescuing our gutters, repairing cracks and applying the filtering system.
I got my new gutters of Tuesday this week. It’s only been four days today.. With the snow in the rain that we had thought great they are wonderful. Would definitely recommend people getting them the whole gutter with the leaf guard best way to go. I had one installer come and do the front and the back in three hours. That was fantastic. And for $68 a month that is even more fantastic. I love my gutters so far. And you get a lifetime warranty can’t go wrong with that.
Jesse came to our home to give us an estimate on Leaf Filter products. He was friendly and very professional. No pressure to make a decision today. The prices were reasonable.
Tony arrived on time and was very pleasant and personable. Well informed on the product but more importantly, was very skilled at communicating on a level that someone who knew little about the product and the business could understand.
Their quote was offensive on gutters only..$4700. Get other quotes from reputable installers. The same gutter job was only $2100. Not only that ..they play a game of phoning somebody within their company and saying things like.. “haven’t we been doing a big commercial job and might have a little extra left over to do this gutter job that I’ve just quoted and we were way overpriced?” Then the quote was $2000 less. What a scam! Shame on you!
