Steven was extremely helpful and spent three hours doing a full presentation on the leaf filter product. He had to almost completely repeat the presentation when my husband got home from work. Steve did a full inspection and evaluation of house and showed us where are gutters were failing. We appreciated all his efforts and hope to keep him in WA. We’d love to have him here for the installation.
I really enjoyed Steven! First of all I want to say I know NOTHING about gutters after Steven took the time I feel like an expert now, he showed me all the different gutters, answered all my questions. I originally was going to get different quotes from other companies but I truly feel confident in choosing leaf Filter. Thank you Steven
Ashley was great. They were able to explain how the system is different from others and did acknowledge that it's not a cheap system. We were able to get a good deal in the end and scheduled an install pretty quickly
We initially had one filter installed on a problematic gutter as a proof of concept. That afternoon a heavy rain confirmed the efficacy of the filter immediately. Wow! We called to have the rest installed. Only by persisting with multiple calls per week for more than a month did we finally get a call back and an appointment for install. During these Trump years racism and sexism is on the rise and older ladies like me are even more vulnerable to being disrespected or out right swindled.
