We met with Stefani Summers she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the LEAF FILTER product. She was able to get our install the next day. I will definitely recommend her to my neighbors and friends in DE.
Taylor knew his product and explained every feature and benefit. He highlighted the transferrable no clog warranty. He quickly measured my gutters, worked up the quote on the spot. Price was very reasonable. Installation went very smoothly. We're very pleased with Leaf Filter.
Filter is not working has you see and all the company wants to do is charge me for cleaning. Not what I signed for in the contact. Found out today 7/3/25 that there is a $295.00 to clean the top of the leaf filter even though the filter is not taking water because they are clogged. The gutter will not clog because the filter is not allowing the water into the gutter.
The worst people to do business with. They are extremely expensive and have zero customer service. We had a scheduled day to install and we’re never contacted about a delay. The crew showed up 4 hours late. We had called 3 times with no response to see where the crew was. We then found an issue with the installation of course the same zero response and we found out they scheduled a day for the repair without letting us know. Sales rep was professional, knowledgeable & pleasant. The Only reason I gave them 4 stars is after walking around I did pick up several pcs of hardware from the installation. In their defense, it was brutally hot outside. Absolutely love the color of gutters, blends perfectly with the home.
