Had a wonderful experience meeting with Grayson who took measurements & then explained what the job would entail. Then came the estimate & I was shocked, in a good way. It was not over the top and then proceeded to apply a discount they had running & a senior discount (I definitely use that for sure when I can). All together a genuine pleasant experience & we are booked for install within 2 days. As far as the product goes I can't think of a better system.
I’m so happy that I chose Leaffilter! The 2 men were both courteous and over-the-top competent and professional. Our project manager is a co-alum with me for a Master’s from Georgetown and is truly a gentleman. My house manager and I both love the new gutters which are a beautiful dark brown and go so well with our 1960’s built beige painted wood house, “dacha,” really! Taylor knew his product and explained every feature and benefit. He highlighted the transferrable no clog warranty. He quickly measured my gutters, worked up the quote on the spot. Price was very reasonable. Installation went very smoothly. We're very pleased with Leaf Filter.
Genevieve was the absolute best. She’s so knowledgeable and doesn’t try to sell anything but what we asked for. My husband and I were so surprised with the total cost. A lot cheaper than we ever imagined. If anybody deserves a raise it’s certainly her.
