Had a wonderful experience meeting with Grayson who took measurements & then explained what the job would entail. Then came the estimate & I was shocked, in a good way. It was not over the top and then proceeded to apply a discount they had running & a senior discount (I definitely use that for sure when I can). All together a genuine pleasant experience & we are booked for install within 2 days. As far as the product goes I can't think of a better system.
Drew Donohue was fantastic! Arrived on time for the estimate. Was positive, polite, patient and professional. Explained everything. Got us scheduled quickly. So excited for our installation next week!
Taylor knew his product and explained every feature and benefit. He highlighted the transferrable no clog warranty. He quickly measured my gutters, worked up the quote on the spot. Price was very reasonable. Installation went very smoothly. We're very pleased with Leaf Filter.
We met with Stefani Summers she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the LEAF FILTER product. She was able to get our install the next day. I will definitely recommend her to my neighbors and friends in DE.
Filter is not working has you see and all the company wants to do is charge me for cleaning. Not what I signed for in the contact. Found out today 7/3/25 that there is a $295.00 to clean the top of the leaf filter even though the filter is not taking water because they are clogged. The gutter will not clog because the filter is not allowing the water into the gutter.
