The salesman/estimater was great. The installer did a very good job. The only thing we have to complain about is that the guy was here working alone. Part of the house was two story and it was very icey around the house due to recent weather. Very dangerous for one guy to work alone. I do believe that it is a great product.
I had Leaf Filter installed over my existing gutters. They told me they would have my existing gutters fixed with no leaks. The installed my gutters and left all the leaves and other junk that was in my gutters all over my yard. I noticed all my corners leaked and called customer service. The guy came out and said he did the best he could but they should have replaced my corners on the installation and some of the corners will still leak. We had Leaf Filter installed on our home. We were very dissappointed in the installation. They claim that the installers are factory trained and describe what they will do in great detail. The installers are sub-contracted and from what they did on this job it didn't appear that they were aware of any of those details. Also, from the salesperson you are led to believe that you will never spend another penny if you have any issues with Leaf Filter. Review of Leaf Filter, Altoona, WI A very nice saleswoman came to our Wisconsin cabin to explain the advantages of the Leaf Filter product. The price was very expensive but apparently of a good quality. I signed the contract stating I would pay on the day of installation. I noticed that there was a small square for a credit card on the contract. The installer came one morning after a rain and there still was some drizzle. Make sure you pay this company with a credit card so you can do a charge back when they don't uphold their services or poor quality. This company is trash that does sub contracting unfortunately
