The entire LeafFilter process was great! The representative came to my home to measure my home, discuss the product, and give me an estimate. There was no pressure to purchase. I had done my research and knew this was the product I wanted. The installation was done a few days later with the contractor removing my old gutters and replacing them with the LeafFilter product. Came on May 26th Cleaned , realigned, proper pitch , sealed where needed . Rained last 2 nights , performed way better than when the gutters were installed. Proper pitch made my 1 waterfall go away , and , puddle in other one . Highly recommend . Make sure to tell them to sharpen their pencil , Alot of give in quoted price . 🤔
Landon was an amazing salesperson. Did a great job explaining the process, the concerns he had specific to my house and came up with a unique solution to help me accomplish my goal of moving water away from the foundation. The install team was amazing as well. They found a better solution for the install than what the salesperson did, partly because sales looked at it in the dark. They were very professional and took the time to answer my questions and get my opinions. Very pleased with everything overall.
I have been trying to talk to this company to come clear a tree/clog in my gutter. Nobody calls you back, you are on hold 15+ minutes, and when you finally talk to someone, they transfer you- AND THEN YOU GET CUT OFF!! I am a very frustrated elderly lady. I cannot climb a ladder to fix my gutter problem, and I shouldn't have to.
Landon, with Leaf Filter, explained everything to us and made the process very easy to understand. We have been talking about Leaf Filter for awhile and glad we decided to do this now. We don’t need to be climbing ladders anymore at our age.
