My entire experience from Account Manager Andrea Bates through to installation with Luis and his team, was easy and of high quality. Scheduling with Eric was easy, even when my dates changed on short notice. Installation was done yesterday so looking forward to a big rainstorm.
The installers were professional. They arrived on time, and when the job was done. They cleaned up the area of any type debris, from the old gutters. I will definitely recommend, leaf filter.
After having had Leaf Filter gutter covers placed one year ago, I am generally pleased with their performance but am also becoming aware that they don’t fully perform as the salesperson said they would. In general, the leaves and debris get washed off the gutter covers during a rain so they don’t collect in the gutters themselves or in the downspouts. However, as the attached pictures show, over time leaves and debris do collect on the gutter covers causing rainwater to flow over the gutter covers onto the side of the house.... read more
This company is Absolutely Fraud, there is no such thing as warranty. Please read their fine print. The mesh that is in the gutter system is very cheap and flimsy material and obviously it came off horribly after 4 years. When I called their customer service they stated that warranty only covers the replacements if the gutter is clogged but the actual material they sold is not covered under the warranty. Processing is very easy. Andrea Bats is very friendly, the price is very reasonable, and the installation is smooth and professional. Highly recommended.
