I feel like I was taken advantage of. I spent so much money on this product that has made my house look worse than before. They did patch work on the soffits and fascia and it looks like I did it myself not professionally done. They took down my outdoor lights and didn’t put them back, left screws all over my driveway. “Completed” the job after 10 pm. Leaffilters did an amazing job on my gutters. I was not expecting them to turn this good. The not only showed up on time they were early and energetic. They cleaned up and doubled checked their clean up. To make sure my property was safe. They explained everything they did and why. They were very polite and professional. I've been talking about my gutters all day.
Great company to work with. We got the free estimate, and they came 2 days later to do the installation. The man who did our installation was professional and courteous. He took mind of when I needed to let my dogs out and made sure he had the front gate closed for me. He did the job fast and was out of there in 3 hours. Everything cleaned up no mess left behind. I highly recommend Leaf Filter.
While my opinion on the product itself is mixed, my experience with LeafFilter has been very poor. Gaps in communication would span several weeks, even over a month in one instance while waiting for updates on work to be finished. I was also informed, prior to installation of the filters, our gutters would be leveled, but through three separate service trips, our front gutters have remained unaddressed and heavily overflow, despite multiple requests to have it remedied. Overall great/easy experience with LeafFilter! The sales representative was super kind and answered any/all questions we had. The install was very quick and the guy doing the install was very nice as well!
