Winter ice damaged a portion of my gutters by pulling the fascia boards from the soffet area. I called a local gutter installer. A receptionist arranged for a home consultation. Matt from Leaf Filter called to confirm meeting. Upon arrival I explained what I was looking to have done. Matt performed a whole house gutter inspection. He explained we have an older version of their product which is still good and the lifetime warranty is transferrable. **HONEST REVIEW** I originally gave a good review based off my conversation with the salesman (Randy) but once they came out, all of that changed. They came out to do the work Monday 3/2/2026 and it all fell apart The service I got was named “CSR” meaning they will work with the gutters you already have. It’s sold as a great service to revamp your current system, “bring them back to life” but the actual work is not worth what’s sold. Leaf Filter had my gutters installed seamlessly the following day that we ordered it! And I am receiving lots of compliments from friends & neighbors on just the aesthetic look that the product made to accent our home. Wait til they hear that I won’t ever have to clean my gutters again!🤷♂️
Shawn May at Leaf Filter came out to inspect our gutters and did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the gutters and clearly explained what he found and what needed attention. I really appreciated his honesty and the way he answered all of our questions without rushing. Great customer service and a very pleasant experience overall.
