The 2 gentleman came on Tuesday last week and every step of the way they asked me if what they were doing was to my satisfaction, they were very courteous and very professional and the craftsmanship was outstanding, they did a great job of cleaning up, only one of the guys could speak just a little English but fortunately I can speak and understand some Spanish so language was only a small barrier. Dale came out today to give us an estimate for cleaning our gutters and doing some repair. He gave us an estimate to remove the old hood style guard and replace it with LeafFilter, which looks like a great product. I appreciate Dale being on time, assessing the situation quickly and giving me an estimate without a heavy sales pitch. He explained the service and project clearly which I appreciated. We haven’t made our decision yet, but I am ranking this company very high among our choices.
This company is a joke! $1,400 to put leaf guards on the back of our house around 2018-2019 . We noticed this past month that the guards have separated from the gutter and they are allowing debris in. We called because we have a lifetime warranty and after multiple attempts we were informed that this is NOT covered as it is an act of GOD.
