A guy named Matt sold my sister in Killen, Alabama, gutter guards. After they were installed, the gutters leaked more than ever! I climbed up and looked, and the facia was rotten. The gutters were barely hanging on in some places. If you try to buy a new tire, they won't install it on a cracked rim. Gutter guards should never be installed on gutters that are falling off the house. Now Matt won't fix the mess he made.
