I just posted on Trust Pilot. In searching Google reviews I see my daughter posted about my negative experience with Leaf Filter a year back. I will give you a little background. My first winter with Leaf Filter guards resulted in a large ice dam on my roof, causing significant damage and a substantial out of pocket cost for me. I encourage you to view my Trust Pilot review to learn more. The install was October, 2022, FAR00515. Damage occurred January - March 2023.
Contacted leaf filter regarding a quote on their system. They sent their representative Kevin to my house. He spent time to explain everything and make recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I do not have the product yet but so far Kevin has made the interaction very smooth.
Keven did a great job explaining the product. He was very relaxed and not pushy. He was very personable as well. We are excited to get the Leaf Filters installed.
Mr. Polllar was very professional and great to work with. The installers listened to my concerns regarding our downspout issues and created an excellent drain system. We would definitely recommend them to others!
We had LeafFilter install their product 2 years ago. Since it was installed we had problems with ice dams each winter. The gutters have also leaked, and part of the installation was supposed to include gutter cleaning and sealing. The gutters now easily overflow during a heavy rain which never happened before the installation.
