Had a wonderful experience with this company. From beginning, Anna came out and explained everything, gave me the pricing and showed me how it works. Then the workers came out and was very respectful of my property, cleaned up all screws they may have dropped, put the app on my phone and did a good job of showing this old fella how to use the system. I worked with Lauren Segelle for my Oelo lights from leaf filter. I’ve had them installed for a month and they work great. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. She never pressured me. She was very transparent and honest with the process. Legal Scam! Still have to clean it and water on heavy rains pours over! Price went from $12,000 to $4,000. They just rip people off. Do Not Buy, when you call for help they will never answer. Worst customer service ever. The manager Tucker is super hostile and rude.
If you need service they charge a $95 service fee. Even though they are advertising a free quote right now. I have hail damage and need a quote for insurance to replace everything. I already paid them $2900. I can not escalate or talk to a manager no flexibility with the sales people. Tried several times. Very poor customer service policy for existing customers.
