If you need service they charge a $95 service fee. Even though they are advertising a free quote right now. I have hail damage and need a quote for insurance to replace everything. I already paid them $2900. I can not escalate or talk to a manager no flexibility with the sales people. Tried several times. Very poor customer service policy for existing customers. Our gutter system is worse after hiring this company. Unless you want a second job becoming a gutter expert and given the run around to get your money back, I’d stay away. I’ve tried calling the Leaf Filter support line numerous times and they say they are escalating my concerns, but I’ve gotten nowhere. I called leaf filter after the first rain because our gutters were leaking. I set up service and had to call the support line days later to confirm everything was fixed. Clayton did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us. He even took the time to come back out & explain everything again to my husband. Thanks to his expertise & the quality/cost of the outdoor lighting, we were able to schedule the install within a couple of days. I highly recommend Clayton as your sales rep.
Installation went well. Crew did a good job. However when I asked for a receipt and copy of the gutter pictures I was told I get get them online when I registered the warranty. Ends up you do not register the warranty online and their is nowhere to download the receipt and pictures. Called customer support and they said they would ask the local office to email me the pictures and that I had to wait 10 days, then call customer support back to get my receipt.
