Had a wonderful experience with this company. From beginning, Anna came out and explained everything, gave me the pricing and showed me how it works. Then the workers came out and was very respectful of my property, cleaned up all screws they may have dropped, put the app on my phone and did a good job of showing this old fella how to use the system. Had an issue after latest storm so reached out. They had someone at my house next day. Alex was awesome walking me through all my options after showing me photos from his drone and was able to get on their schedule next day (Saturday). Great service from a great company!
UPDATE(See the end) My one star rating is not about the system, but the service provided by the company and its employees. After a hail storm in the spring we needed a new roof. Leaf filter told me the system needed to be removed before and put back on after. Called to set up the removal, it was super easy. However, they never called before they showed up like I was told would happen. And then it has just gone down hill after that. I worked with Lauren Segelle for my Oelo lights from leaf filter. I’ve had them installed for a month and they work great. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. She never pressured me. She was very transparent and honest with the process. Legal Scam! Still have to clean it and water on heavy rains pours over! Price went from $12,000 to $4,000. They just rip people off. Do Not Buy, when you call for help they will never answer. Worst customer service ever. The manager Tucker is super hostile and rude.
