We purchased leaf filter gutter guards and the two sales reps that came to the house were very polite and professional. They did not give us the high pressure sales pitch of "for this price its now or never". In fact they gave us a better price than we expected. They didn't spend an obnoxious amount of time trying to get us to commit. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
When Nick Brown arrived at my home to discuss get new Leaf Filter gutters and possible Leaf Filter screens, he arrived at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable of the Leaf Filter products and to their competitors products. He clearly explained the advantages of Leaf Filter over the competitors. Recently, I had Leaf filter come to my home. I was needing gutters and gutter protection Since my home is over 50 years old, I was in desperate need! Due to pine trees! Lovena was professional and knowledgeable about the gutter drainage system and her competitors’ products. Also, she was very detail-oriented and efficient. In addition, she provided a fair price considering the amount of area requiring attention. Even though I did not purchase the leaf filter system today, I will likely do so at some point, based on my interaction with Lovena.
Nick came over at the appointed time and priced out the gutters for me and didn’t push the actual LeafFilter product as I didn’t have that may trees around the house. He gave me 3 different options and while I didn’t get the gutters installed and told him we were shopping around, they are definitely one of the top companies we have interfaced with thus far. I will update the review if we decide to go with LeafFilter for our gutter install.
