Really happy with Leaf Filter. We had their services done on our old house and now done on our new house. We dealt with Frank, at first, he came to our house gave a thorough explanation on what the product is and how it will benefit our house. Took measurements then provided us a quote. Very disappointed. I was assured my gutters and leaders would be cleaned and checked for any blockages. I explained to the installer he needed to make sure the elbows and leaders were cleared. My main reason for getting this system is because a neighbor has a mature sugar maple tree on his property that creates an abundance of those helicopter like seeds and they have been getting into my gutters and creating issues. I was overcharged for the job by the salesman. I should have received 75% off regular pricing due to the sale that was running at the time per the LeafFilter website but did not. Instead I was charged more than double what it should have cost with the 75% discount. They owe me money and I called about it the same week and was told the sale was still on and had been running for quite some time.
