LeafFilter Gutter Protection installed new gutters on my home and detached garage in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The work included installing 6" gutters, 3" × 4" downspouts, and replacing some rotten fascia and soffit. The installation crew did an excellent job and cleaned up the property when they finished. From a workmanship standpoint, the gutters appear to be well installed. the contractors destroyed property, they snuffed cigs on my chair, took a leaf blower and blew nails in the yard and driveway and never bothered to pick up ( I picked them up) broke tree and rose branches, oil stains on my table and threw away my gutter guards I had. The sales man was pushy and I was lied to from start to finish. I was charged way more than I should had but the salesperson saw an elderly person to take advantage of. Fair warning this product will cause more problems than it resolves. Story time: last month we had a new gutter system installed on our home. In a months time we had snow/ice event that caused ice to form between the gutters & the backing board, ice formed between the aluminum cladding & the wood separating the two. I called in for warranty service only to be advised by Travis that this situation is normal for the product to fail under icy conditions. 10 days…..yes, only 10 days! From the initial handshake and in person consultation to the quote phase to complete installation, it only took 10 days. Extremely professional staff all around. And an installation crew who made light work out of the project in the cold and snow!! I’d give this organization a 10 star rating if that was an option!
Like many others, after the snow and all the ice my Gutters were damaged ie ripped off. Leaf Filter people aren’t cheap, but they do a good job and come out right away. I would hire them again. THANKS
