We were very pleased that Andrew was your presenter. He did a fine job and covered all of our questions with assurance and made sure that we were comfortable with our decision to choose LeafFilter. Your installer, Patrick was a working machine. He removed our old gutters and and installed the new. He worked at a steady pace and answered all our questions. He finished his work and answered more of our questions courtesly (sp). Both men represented your company in a fine manner.
Gutters look wonderful and were installed ahead of scheduled date! You just need to look over job at completion to make sure everything is right because they will cut corners if you don't say anything to them!
I am a return customer. Since I want to live the rest of my life in my home, and to leave it in good shape for my children, quality matters and a lifelong warranty that passes on to the next owner matters to me. The gentleman that represented LeafFilter, his name is Andrew Donaldson from Northern Michigan, was so kind and thorough. He was a model representative and very knowledgeable. The service gentleman that did the install was also excellent! So grateful to have had these gentleman helping me out with my house! Thank you, it looks great!
Got them installed and the salesman Matthew Wilson said they didn't do it correctly. They came back and redid it and still not right. Told them take them off and refund me. No one has contacted me and looks like they have blocked me. Salesman won't answer his phone or emails. I have videos showing water gushing over my gutters but can't post a video here.They had a class action lawsuit a few years ago I have filed with the BBB. TOMORROW FILING WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT. BE SMART PEOPLE.
