These guys were awesome. Replaced all of our gutters, and added gutter guards too, in below 20° weather and snow showers to boot. Excellent customer service. Quality work. I would recommend them.
My Leaf Filter gutters look great and are good at keeping leaves, debris, and asphalt shingle particles off of my patio furniture. The only thing I regret is that I only replaced two existing gutters instead of the entire section in my backyard.
Got them installed and the salesman Matthew Wilson said they didn't do it correctly. They came back and redid it and still not right. Told them take them off and refund me. No one has contacted me and looks like they have blocked me. Salesman won't answer his phone or emails. I have videos showing water gushing over my gutters but can't post a video here.They had a class action lawsuit a few years ago I have filed with the BBB. TOMORROW FILING WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT. BE SMART PEOPLE.
I had a negative experience with Leaffilter of Traverse City. 1. I had to finish installing my downspouts and rigid extensions after the installers left. The installers left me pieces of downspout and an elbow finish installing a downspout next to a bush that was difficult to get to. 2. I had to go to Lowe’s to purchase 2 rigid extensions since the order only included 2 when I had 4 downspouts. They showed up on time and where very polite. Just wish the corners were a little neater. To their credit, it was cold and windy I'm being picky but for the price it could have been sharper / neater.
