Truly terrible service. We worked with Joseph P. as our sales person. He was pushy, but we already did our research and liked the product, so we went with it. He GUARANTEED the installers would be there on Saturday. They did not show up. He then GUARANTEED they would be there Monday. They did not show up. I then spoke with a manager, who GUARANTEED they'd be there Wednesday between 8-12. They showed up 4 hours late- outside the timeframe they provided. The process of getting gutter guards from Leaf Filter was a seamless process from my first call to installation. The material and attachment to the gutters seems first rate. The installer was personable and efficient, leaving me with pictures of his work. I have to wait several months or even a year to determine if the product performs as advertised. However, we had a substantial rain last night and all appears great. So at this point I would recommend this product. It is not the cheapest, but perhaps the best.
Excellent Service, unbelievable price came down from $ 6400/- for 80 ft. Gutter guard $1500/-. I think the price still little high. Any how the installer did a good job. I did not inspect yet, waiting for the rain hit, then I will give you more information. Hopefully it is worth and I like the life time warranty. Thanks Sunny
