Scott Vinson-Sales Rep visited on a Sunday on a referral from another gutter company. I specifically wanted micro screens, aluminum, seamless 6” gutters. My old house had 4” gutters since before I purchased it in June 2001. Four guys: Alejandro, Abraham, Mark & Efrain showed up & worked until 7:30 pm and finished the new gutters & downspouts the next morning. Super hardworking, great teamwork & friendly.
Jason was fantastic to work with. He came out and walked us through everything in a very clear and thorough way, showing us exactly why gutters were needed and how the system would help protect the home. He brought examples and took the time to explain the options so we could really understand what we were getting. Ashley was extremely helpful in walking me through the issue with my gutter and explaining what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. She took the time to outline the different options available to fix the problem and didn’t rush the conversation. Finally caved and after watching the Leaf Filter CEO Chris Counahan’s geeky but effective and honest presentation so many times I decided to make the call especially when I saw there was a senior discount on top of other discounts. I hesitantly booked an appointment not really paying attention that it was on my birthday in February.
