Scott Vinson-Sales Rep visited on a Sunday on a referral from another gutter company. I specifically wanted micro screens, aluminum, seamless 6” gutters. My old house had 4” gutters since before I purchased it in June 2001. Four guys: Alejandro, Abraham, Mark & Efrain showed up & worked until 7:30 pm and finished the new gutters & downspouts the next morning. Super hardworking, great teamwork & friendly.
Ashley was extremely helpful in walking me through the issue with my gutter and explaining what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. She took the time to outline the different options available to fix the problem and didn’t rush the conversation. Jim came out to give my mom a quote for gutter work, and we were really impressed with how thorough and kind he was. He took the time to walk us through everything, clearly explained what needs attention on the house, and answered all of our questions without any pressure. We appreciated how detailed and honest he was during the visit. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and professional.
The product was thoroughly explained to me up front to instill confidence in my purchase. The installers were on time very efficient and best of all took many pics to share with me to show the work that they were doing! Unfortunately it has not rained significantly since the installation so I have not been able to see the product in action.
The guys were great installers. Friendly,experienced. Left no mess behind. I gave it four stars for the product and installation one star less than five because of the expense. I no longer have to clean up my gutters and having to climb a ladder. it was a full install of new gutters Guards around the house. I feel that it was a good investment.
