I am pleased with the product, when told that there was rust and gutter needed replacement I agreed. On inspection when the gutters were on the ground aluminum doesn’t rust, there was a lot of organic matter and lichen on the gutters. Installation of the new has left a lot of aluminum metal trimmings around the locations. There were/are also little nails all over the place but this could have been from a previous roof replacement when the nails got buried under organic material. I had LeafFilter Gutter Protection installed, and while the sales rep was excellent—very informative, professional, and helpful—the installation experience was a big letdown. During the consultation, I was told that the system wouldn't be installed by nailing into the home, but unfortunately, the installers did exactly that, going against what was promised. I was impressed with the kind and courteous treatment that I recieved from everyone at Leaf Filter. Trevor was my Sales Representative and he went over and beyond his call of duty to give me a great price and insight into the company. Steven came to install and do all the work to give me my maintenance free clean gutters. He was so kind he even helped me with my garden hose that was stuck on the spicket. I am very pleased and would recommend this service to all and everybody. It's great.😊
I felt like the price was fair, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and I never felt pressured! The guy that came and did the installation was very nice, worked quickly and left absolutely no mess!! I have 0 complaints! The gutters work great and look fantastic!
I just got my new gutters up they look really nice and they started in the blizzard there was a lot of back and forth but they got it done and it looks fabulous
