We hired LeafFilter to repair a leak in our gutter. Someone came out August 30, 2024 and installed support brackets, then "sealed" the leak. The next rainstorm it was clear that the repair did nothing and it was still leaking as bad as it was before they sent someone out. I called and the said they would send someone out as they have a 12 month guarantee on these types of repairs. He was great all around and made me feel like my decision was the best decision for me, my home and my future endearment. I am extremely pleased with his approach. Mark was fantastic.He was fast and efficient with my appraisal. He highlighted the fact this is a national company with great reviews. He highlighted the transferable warranty. He was thorough.
