Kenneth Spencer was my sales representative. He was very kind and pleasant. He took the time to explain the process and the benefits of having the LeafFilter installed. He was able to get the installation scheduled quickly. I truly appreciated the conversation and the experience he shared.
They were able to get the job done quickly and the work was done very well. The representative and the gentleman that came and did the work were both great. Ismael showed up right on time and got the work done quickly and efficiently. The price wasn't spectacular, but I am very satisfied with the work that was done.
The field technician, Mr. Cory James, came out to our property as scheduled. He provided an in-depth explanation of the product, warranty, and cost estimate. The actual installer was able to come out and install our filters within 72 hours. Installation was done properly and on-time, and the payment process was very streamlined. Overall, a good investment knowing I never have to clean my gutters again.
The sales and installation teams were professional and friendly. The installation and product quality met, and in some areas, exceeded our expectations. The system was a bit more expensive than we anticipated, but we feel that we made a good investment in our home and for our safety.
Leaf Filter products do NOT work! I had them installed a number of years ago. They clog with pollen; yes, POLLEN ! The water runs over in buckets. The first time I complained I was charged $90 for a repair man to respond to "fix the problem". It has been "fixed" numerous more times! I wish I could get a refund of the purchase price, but they have refused at higher levels. I found there was a class action law against LeafFiler for the same thing. LeafFilter had to pay.
