I’m pleased with the installation and the results have been expected with a few heavy rains. I was very disappointed in the sales tactic because it was a bunch of empty promises from the sales rep which is why I’m dropping the review to 3 stars. During our discussion, I mentioned a charity event where the sales rep immediately said that they would likely sponsor and participate. Red Flag! Red Flag! Buyer Beware! Extremely pushy salesman who came off as a snake oil salesman. Droned on and on with his "pitch" that was mostly throwing his competitors under the bus. Went on and on about Angie's List, Consumer Reports, Bob Villa, blah blah blah. This went on for over 30 minutes. Thought he could take advantage of my elderly dad, who didn't know any better. We had leaffilter install a gutter system on our home in Hendersonville, NC. We paid $900 up front for them to get started. They installed it incorrectly, didn't bury the drain line, the gutters were not attached to the house properly and created waterfalls. A downspout poured directly into the siding of the house causing damage. We gave them weeks to come and resolve the issue.
