We had leaffilter install a gutter system on our home in Hendersonville, NC. We paid $900 up front for them to get started. They installed it incorrectly, didn't bury the drain line, the gutters were not attached to the house properly and created waterfalls. A downspout poured directly into the siding of the house causing damage. We gave them weeks to come and resolve the issue. I’m pleased with the installation and the results have been expected with a few heavy rains. I was very disappointed in the sales tactic because it was a bunch of empty promises from the sales rep which is why I’m dropping the review to 3 stars. During our discussion, I mentioned a charity event where the sales rep immediately said that they would likely sponsor and participate.
